Have you found the perfect outfit or accessory on our website? Then you naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That’s why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To work as sustainably as possible and offer fair prices for our products, we have decided to package goods in certain quantities. Once we reach our minimum quantity, all orders from our supplier will be shipped in one shipment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to create a better and healthier world!
Delivery
Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:
If your order is placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1:00) Central European Time (CET), it will be processed the same day:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)

After placing your order, you can easily see when your package is expected to be delivered after processing. You will receive a personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order via our Track & Trace app. Click on our Track & Trace app to track your package.
Always free shipping
We cover the shipping costs. All orders are shipped FREE to your address. There is no minimum order value.
Lost package?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
If your package was damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
All claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue refunds, credits, or compensation without damage evidence from a member of our support team.
Import fees
In some cases, customs may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, due to legal changes as of July 1, 2021, we have no control over this. In rare cases, customs may charge a small import fee. However, this only happens in 1% of cases. If import fees are charged, please feel free to contact us.
Not home at delivery or postal delivery
If a package is delivered to your doorstep or a post office, Emmys Boutique covers the shipping costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier, and we are entitled to deduct €20 from the total amount.
Why isn’t my tracking working?
In some cases, the shipping company needs 1–2 business days to update the location of the packages. We ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.
