How long does delivery take?

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

If your order is placed before 1:00 PM (GMT+1:00) Central European Time (CET), it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)
  • Delivery time: 8-11 days (Mon-Fri)

At Emmys Boutique, we are committed to sustainability and environmental protection. Instead of shipping small individual orders daily, we collect orders and ship them in bulk once a minimum order quantity is reached. This approach reduces our environmental impact, and we thank you for your understanding as we work together for a healthier planet.

What are your return policies?

Would you like to return an order? Maybe the product does not meet your expectations or you have another reason. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your location to our return address.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@emmys-boutique.com. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item, provided the item is in perfect condition.

Can I cancel my order?

We reserve the right to approve or reject an order at our discretion, even after order confirmation or payment authorization.
Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped can no longer be canceled.

What happens if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive wrong, missing, or defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide your order number, photos of the items, and any relevant details. We will promptly address your issue.

Is my online order secure?

Yes. When you place an online order with a credit card, it is done on an SSL-encrypted website, and the payment is securely forwarded to our payment provider for authorization. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

What are the shipping costs?

Currently, we offer free standard shipping.

Where is my package?

Once your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a tracking notification. If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Why does my tracking number not work?

It can take 1–2 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can I exchange an item?

Of course! Contact us at info@emmys-boutique.com, and we will assist you with the exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What happens if I provided the wrong delivery address?

If you provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@emmys-boutique.com. We will do our best to update your order before shipping.
